  1. Start with a piece of Herb Flat Bread.
  2. Top with: hummus, pumpkin seeds, chopped Greek olives, mixed greens, diced tomatoes, tabouleh, diced cucumber, & chopped bell peppers.
  3. Cut into 4 rectangular pieces and finish with pea or alfalpha sprouts.
