The Go Raw Café & Juice Bar seed was planted in 2001 in our kitchen. We loved this amazing new cuisine and shared it with our friends and family. After much encouragement, and a feeling of necessity, Go Raw Café & Juice Bar sprouted and bloomed in 2003 on beautiful Lake Sahara in Las Vegas.
An oasis in the desert, a second location quickly bloomed 9 months later near the airport and famous Las Vegas Strip. While overwhelmed, we were proud to offer two great choices for nourishing people, and we knew it was important and necessary. Initially, our goal and intention was to provide delicious live, organic, & vegan cuisine. The cafés soon took on a life of their own and blossomed into much more. We now offer a large variety of personal products, books on raw food prepartation and lifestyle, juicing and preventative healthcare as well as advanced wellness technologies, all available in our cafés and online @ www.gorawcafe.com
Now… our next adventure has begun with our terrific Raw Makery line of products. We hope you will enjoy the sprouted living Flat Breads, Bread Stix, Raw-tillas, Kāl-Chia, Krackers, Flax Crackers, and Cookies and share them with the people you care about.
